Adapted from children literature Yi zhi jian fei da zhu (A Pig on Diet, 一隻減肥的豬) by Mrs. Yim Ng Seen-ha (嚴吳嬋霞) who won the Bing Xin Children Literature Award (冰心兒童文學獎). The play will introduce a new character to the story. This work represents a reinterpretation of a newly released children literature and drama.

Learning Putonghua by Jing Kun Performance: Idiom series (conducted in Putonghua)

Discussing the characteristic and writing style of Raymond To's (杜國威) drama production such as I have a Date with Spring (我和春天有個約會), The Mad Phoenix and The Lover (南海十三郎), The Butterfly Lovers (梁祝) . His famous characters in works like Mad Phoenix and Forever and ever (南海十三郎) are introduced. Recorded interview with Mr. To and live interaction with the audience will be arranged.

Farewell to the Breasts (conducted in Cantonese)

The play, based on novel Ai dao ru fang (Farewell to the breasts 哀悼乳房) by Xi Xi (西西), is performed through dialogues between a doctor and a patient, transforming the treatment process of cancer into a journey of psycho-analysis and cultural imagination.

Literature presented in vocal music include: poems Ou ran (Fortuitous 偶然) by Xu Zhi-mo (徐志摩), Ci Wu ye ti (A crow sings at night 慈烏夜啼) by Bai Ju-yi (白居易), Wen di (Listening to the flute 聞笛) by Zhao Gu (趙嘏), Man jiang hong (Red river 滿江紅) by Yue Fei (岳飛); and some Hong Kong folk songs.

In Search of a Colourful City with Liu Yi-chang (conducted in Cantonese)

The programme demonstrates the distinguished presentation of a numbers of modernistic and superbly written works (Black and White series) by prominent writer Liu Yi-chang (劉以鬯): Hei se li de bai se, bai se li de hei se (White in black; black in white 黑色裡的白色,白色裡的黑色), Pan gu yu hei (Creator and Black 盤古與黑) and Hei bai hu die (Black and White Butterfly 黑白蝴蝶).

Woman, Son, Hongkonger (conducted in Cantonese)

The play is adapted from two books: Xiang wu zhe yang de yi ge nu zi (A woman like me 像我這樣的一個女子) by Xi Xi (西西) and A Libel on Hongkonger (唱衰香港人) by Fung Chi-chung (馮智翔). The former is a novel depicting, from a feminist perspective, how career affects a person's fate; the latter, a commentary explores the social issues of this kaleidoscopic society and how people response to those problems.

A Dialogue among Dance, Text and Voice (conducted in Cantonese)

The programme demonstrates the hybirdity of body movements, words, sound and images through dancing, recital, singing and video-playing, taking the audience to a creative voyage of multi-media. Performers include Mui Cheuk-yin (梅卓燕), Leung Ping-kwan (梁秉鈞,也斯) and Leung Siu-wai (梁小衛) and So Hing-keung (蘇慶強).

Mini Performance of Cantonese Opera (conducted in Cantonese)

A series of Cantonese opera by famous playwright Tong Tik-sang (唐滌生), Chan Seung-ling (陳湘陵) and Koo Fok-wing (高福永), are performed. A brief introduction and explanation will be given.
